Rural Friends of Electric Cooperatives endorse Dr. Dawn

Dr. Dawn Buckingham announced today that the Rural Friends of Electric Cooperatives have endorsed her campaign for Texas state senate.

“Dr. Dawn Buckingham has the full support of the Texas Electric Cooperatives” stated Eric Craven, a Trustee with the Rural Friends of Electric Cooperatives.  “Dr. Dawn Buckingham has shown that she will fight for conservative values and will be a strong voice for Senate District 24.”

The Rural Friends of Electric Cooperatives represent the interests of its members from across Texas and advocate for candidates with solid values, proven experience and strong leadership qualities that will protect the interest of electric cooperatives.

“It is an absolute honor to have the trust and support of such an influential organization as the Rural Friends of Electric Cooperatives,” stated Dr. Dawn Buckingham.  “As the next state senator from district 24, I will lead the charge on the important issues impacting my constituency and hold true to the conservative values that make Texas great.”


The Dawn Buckingham Campaign has now received endorsements from Governor Perry, Senator Schwertner, Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, Carol Everett, Texas Ophthalmological Association, and Brigadier General Richard Drury (ret.), Wes Riddle, Lori Devillez, Linda Kinney, and Bonny Cain.
